C.A.S.T. for Kids Events
Host An Event

Anyone can host an event. Please read on…

  • Events are hosted on a nationwide scale and can be hosted on any body of water.
  • Takes approximately 6-8 months to plan.
  • Involves fundraising and recruiting local community participants to assist in event planning and hosting.

Be A Volunteer Fishing Guide

Examples of fishing clubs that have volunteered are Bass Federation, Trout Unlimited, and several more.

Volunteer your fishing expertise and boat for a C.A.S.T. Event

  • First find the event(s) that are in your local area by searching our CAST Events List.
  • Then, contact the Event Coordinator through email or phone.
General Volunteering At An Event

Other volunteers are needed for many aspects of the event such as check-in, set-up/break-down, and much more. Examples of clubs that have helped are Kiwanis Clubs, Rotary Clubs, Key Clubs, and many more.

  • Interested in volunteering your services as an individual, or group? Contact the Event Coordinator from an event near you on the CAST Events List.
Fishing Kids Events
Host An Event

  • Primarily hosted in Washington State.
  • Takes approximately 4-8 months to plan.
  • Involves fundraising and recruiting local community participants to assist in event planning and hosting.
